These are not 2025 national age limits however our season starts in Dec so we project them into 2026 ages.  We do this now rather than changing division ages after the season starts, as the National ages change in Jan. each year.

We also use the Nation Duals MS & Elementary weights to make the selection of National competition team more compatible
